Peerie Pattern Stocking Pattern
Peerie is a Scottish word for small and this pattern, designed by Rachel Nash Law, uses small strands of wool for this beautiful array of colors. Use up all your stash yarn and create a holiday heirloom!

Yarn: Use approximately 350 yds. sport weight, dk weight or worsted weight yarn (the sample was worked in nine colors of dk weight yarn).
Pattern Specifications
Needles:
- With sport weight yarn, use Size US 5 (3.5mm) double-pointed needles (set of 5)
- With dk weight yarn, use Size US 6 (4mm) double-pointed needles (set of 5)
- With worsted weight yarn, use Size US 7 (4.5mm) double-pointed needles (set of 5
Notions: Locking stitch markers, contrasting color waste yarn for afterthought heel, & yarn needle.
Gauge: 23 sts and 26 rnds=4", in charted pattern, blocked.
Size: In dk weight yarn, the length is approximately 20" and the circumference is approximately 14".
